Get Them While They're Young

Article: school teacher mandates kids decide which characters live or die for assignment.

Um, death panel indoctrination, anyone?

I know, you think I'm going overboard.  I harken back to the days when they first started teaching kids that the Allies were the villains in WWII.  Do today's kids even know who won, or why, for what ideals so many lives were sacrificed?

This is how it starts.  We numb our kids to evil by teaching them that it's okay.  They will grow up to believe it.  We can create an entire generation of kids who think that death panels are the norm simply by casually slipping it into their curriculum.  A little nudge here, a little nudge there, and suddenly, "it's all for the common good."  They lap it up like kitten's milk, and when they're cats, a death panel is the right thing to do for the good of everyone.

For the common good...

Feed the children a constant diet of liberal ideals in a childcare institution called public education draped in snooty intellectual tenets and you can completely change history in one generation.

As Che sang in Evita, "Get them while they're young, Evita, get them while they're young."

Oh, and yes, I send my children to public school.
